Large number of people worldwide at their 30s to 50s both sexes are affected at varying times of their lives. Other causes of back pain include accidents, muscle strain or sports injuries, although causes may be different but all back pains have the same symptoms.
The symptoms of lower back pain are the following:
Persistent aching or stiffness along the spine; Sharp, localized pains in the neck, upper back, lower back especially if you are lifting heavy objects and doing strenuous activities; Chronic ache in lower and middle back after sitting or standing for longer time; inability standing straight without spasms in lower back; and, back pain that radiates from low back to the buttocks, down to the back of the thigh, and into the calf and toes.
